Beautiful renovated stately home, one of the original founder's homes of Three Oaks! Just around the corner from the Journeyman Distillery and all downtown Three Oaks has to offer! (5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Three Oaks)

Attic has been finished to add an additional 600 sq feet, featuring a bedroom, dressing room, living room with gas fireplace, ensuite bath with walk-in shower with rain shower head, large vanity. Attic is accessible through the upstairs bathroom, which has a private toilet closet.

All bedrooms upstairs. Home offers beautiful designer furnishings, 3 comfortable king sized bedrooms and 1 queen, 3 large full bathrooms, (one upstairs with a marble shower, one downstairs with a tub/shower, attic ensuite with a rain shower), an attic living room with gas fireplace, a formal living room for cocktails and a spacious TV living room for cozy hangouts by the wood burning fireplace. Additional guests may sleep on the daybed in this room.

Marble updated kitchen features new appliances, a large washer and dryer, and granite countertops for easy cooking and entertaining.

The large private yard, with backyard fully fenced in, features a large deck with outdoor sofa and chair, dining table and lush garden with firepit area and a gas grill await your stay.

Great Getaway

Our second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first time. Plenty of room to spread out, with three floors available for living and sleeping. Love the kitchen island for food prep, and the dining room table was great for eating and playing games. Highly recommend!

This house was the best rental we have ever done on our multiple girls weekends. Great amenities and the most comfortable beds and pillows. Great location too. So much fun.

The Perfect Vacation House

We were absolutely blown away by the thoughtful accommodations, cleanliness, and luxuries of this home!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at and such a unique experience. Was a very cutely decorated, clean, spacious house! Only complaint was that it was very hot and the AC broke, but the hosts were very helpful and got someone there to fix it that same night at 10pm which was awesome. Would definitely recommend to someone else

Great House.

The house was perfect for our family of eight. I wasn’t expecting the little extras like coffee, garbage bags, plenty of toilet paper, necessities. I also loved the location. You can walk to charming downtown Four Oaks or take a quick drive to the beach.

Three Oaks Relaxing

We loved our stay here. The town of three oaks is great. You're only 15 minutes from Warren Dunes State park for all your Beach needs, but you get to stay in a wonderful little small town with some awesome shops and great restaurants. We had three generations under one roof so it was great to be a place were people could go get ice cream or coffee whenever they wanted and to stay in a house with space to spread out. The house is big, the beds are coming and the decorations are awesome. We loved our stay.

Great location and a great property

The property was amazing! Everything was very modern and updated. The house had everything a couple or group could need to have a truly enjoyable weekend. The location was fantastic and only a five or 10 minute walk to all the amenities in Three Oaks. Carla was an outstanding host and very responsive. Check in and check out was extremely easy And we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Wonderful stay for a friend vacation. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen had a wonderful island, dining room table was perfect for playing cards as well as eating. Older house with exceptional updates. Third floor suite was particularly nice. Only small complaint was the outside deck was not very clean - chair cushions were dirty, and needs a good power wash. Overall the place was excellent and we would definitely rent again!

Three Oaks is a great little town! Close to New Buffalo and Warren State Park. This house was perfect for our family! We enjoyed walking around town in the evening to checkout a few local restaurants. Journeyman was our favorite! We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was awesome; it had so much character and charm. The attic was incredible. The house was very clean and stocked with ample necessities and extra’s. Communicating with Carla, the owner, was great. She is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. There is so much to do in that area, we really had a great time!

Nice clean updated house

I was pleased with this rental. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean. My dogs loved it. The bathrooms and decor was nice. There were a couple of very minor house repairs that I mentioned to the property manager and she said she would fix them right away. If I come back for a vacation I’ll be looking for this place again.

Perfect stay in Three Oaks

The house was SO CUTE! And very clean. I was actually surprised how big it was in person. We came into town for a week to celebrate a wedding at Journeyman’s and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown with cute shops and restaurants and a short drive to New Buffalo. We brought our two dogs and they loved the back yard, enough room to play with a fenced in yard. Highly recommend!

Great girls weekend!!!

Absolutely wonderful house! So much room! Very very clean. All the extra touches from fancy folded towels to hotel like toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen! Carla was amazing to work with. Very responsive. We had four girls there for a girls weekend. Wonderful comfortable beds, full kitchen. Great place to hang out and chitchat. Very close to everything. Highly highly recommend!

Great Communication

The house was wonderful, walking distance from town, and a quick drive to the beach. As expected with any vacation rental, there were a couple issues with the internet and the door lock but Carla was so communicative, prompt, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Other comments have stated opinions of a high cleaning fee and closing up chores. We did not find either to be unreasonable - strip the beds, start wash, and empty the garbages. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The perfect Bridal Suite

We were a family of 8. There were plenty of large comfy beds plus a twin bed in the family room area. The best part was the upstairs addition that was a nice area for the sisters and the bride to gather. The many rooms helped us to get ready as we had hair and makeup 💄 sessions added in the first floor level. The home was well maintained and decore was suitable for some nice photos. The outside was not as glorious but it really didn’t matter to us. Thank you for a great home you shared with our family. It worked out great and had a lot of comfort. Love Three Oaks!

Three Oaks home

Five adults and 2 labs had plenty of room. We all hung out in the family room at the end of the day, the dining room table was gorgeous and we had plenty of room at the table to eat and/or play cards. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The house was super clean, a lot of towels were available, the upstairs attic unit was awesome, the bed mattresses were very comfortable. The nice long driveway accommodated our 3 vehicles very easily. We had a great time, meeting in Michigan from 3 different locations. We found lots to do in New Buffalo, a short 10 minute drive from the house. We all agreed, it was a great trip.
