"While this lovely home is called “retro” in decoration, it has all the modern conveniences. A very well stocked kitchen with every appliance you can imagine to cook and bake during your stay. All the rooms are well maintained, very clean, and comfortable including the beds and living room furniture. The owner was responsive to all correspondence and was detailed about entry. The location was easily accessible to a food market and downtown events. If I am in Knoxville again I would certainly stay at this charming home! "

"This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. "The cottage was clean, the listing is accurate and the location is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and gas stations. We were visiting for a UTK game weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but if you need those amenities they are close by. One negative is that other than 4 coffee mugs there is no other drink wear so if you plan to utilize the kitchen plan accordingly. Other than that it suited our needs."

"House was very clean and updated. Well stocked with kitchen items you need, great location close to both Lake Douglas and Norris Lake and not far from Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and the kids loved their little pad in basement. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the outdoor sitting area too!!"
