    Parties and events are not allowed. Cameras at the home’s entrance & common areas are used to monitor the property.

    QUIET HOURS:

    We pride ourselves on being good neighbors, so we request that guests try to observe a quiet hour policy between 10pm - 8am every day.

    SMOKING:

    Smoking inside the property is NOT ALLOWED and must be done away from windows to avoid smoke from entering the house. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 charge due to the required deep cleaning needed to ensure that no smoke smells linger for future guests.

Communications, location (high with views), proximity to sequoia national park and town of Three Rivers were wonderful. Well appointed rental with thoughtful touches: a welcome book with lots of info, a snack basket and extra toiletries were welcome along with pantry and storage items left for use.

Our family had an excellent vacation at Kozy Oaks! The house was a comfortable, well-equipped place to come back to after being in Sequoia for the day. Definitely indulged in the included pancake mix since we love pancakes too! Loved the back deck and hot tub. The convenience of having laundry available was super helpful as well. Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Cozy Oaks very much. The location was great for everything we wanted to see and do. The view was impressive. Sitting on the deck by the firepit was a highlight of the trip. The home was very well stocked with every item we needed. The Sunday morning Pancake was a treat. Next time we are near Sequoia National Park we will definitely stay here. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their home.

Eric was so helpful throughout our stay. Very responsive and friendly. The guide that was provided was very detailed and informative. The cabin was beautiful and great to stay at!
