"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

"These houseboats are not the ones featured in the pictures. It was a different company from the advertised Northstar, it is rather Coco houseboats. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen. "We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. We were able to hop into a rickshaw for shops, ATM and bird sanctuary. There is table tennis and other games. Nice food and attentive staff, sometimes a lottle too attentive when you wanted to eat a meal in peace. Room service was excellent "

"We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."
