For shared use: property 2'600 m2 with meadow. Private: garden 600 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Mesnil Patry" 140 m, sandy beach "Courseulles" 23 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Top floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Open interconnecting room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
