"Highly recommend this property. Host is very responsive. Location is great. Hot tub a big plus. Well equipped with everything you could need. Only suggestion I’d like to have on a return stay are lounge chairs for outside to enjoy the sun and a few chairs inside the house that have backs to them. Aside from the couch there isn’t a chair with a back to it. Would stay again tho"

"Very quiet location, just outside of town set on the back end of a small ravine with large boulders to view outside the back of the property. I was traveling alone with my 2 little dogs so I didn't use the whole property, but it is set up for a larger group with plenty of space for separation with the main floor of primary cabin, downstairs bedrooms, and the guest house. The garage was able to fit my full size SUV and the home is has an ample supply and set up for enjoyment. A clean, somewhat spacious and private location a couple of miles from downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, and close to some hiking trails. The place makes a great basecamp for a trip to Prescott."
