"Reception staff were great. Pulled all the stops out so I could have a room in a location I requested. Areas of the hotel were going through maintenance and decorating but caused NO disruption to guests. The car park is gated with access code that changes daily to exit it. The only 2 criticisms I can say. 1 is delivery drivers making a hell of a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel when delivering drinks and snacks. The other is the car parking charge. £5 a night. That doesn't bother me. What does bother me about the charge is that it only applies to guests who don't book directly through Best Western."
