A nice stay
Overall a lovely stay. We booked a king room but I'm sure the bed was a queen at most. Service was great. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Would stay again.

Temperature of the room was too warm even with windows opened. Finally got engineers to centrally reduce the ambient temperature on the air conditioning system to restore some degree of comfort. Staff were generally very helpful.

Staff remembered us very well and facilitated our occasional requests. Many of the staff speak English so we had no issues getting our requests met or answered. Great cuisine and much variety. The restaurant staff were also very good and this experience encourages any guest to return.

pleasant stay
Really nice hotel close to a big shopping mall and a subway station.It was really convenient for our purpose. Excellent service for the whole stay. The only negative point was the meal: ordered from the menu and received vegetables from the buffet... Would still go back!

Holiday in Mariott Tianjin HongQiao
Booked the hotel room but the staff claimed couldn't find the booking and requested me to do a with new booking at RMB718. With my search in email to show them my booking evidence, they only found it. Improvement in booking tracking is required. Overall room condition, is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

New, spacious room, pleasant stay
New, big and spacious rooms with comfy beds that are huge even for twin beds. Decor is modern and classy. One drawback about the toilet is that there’s a drain ditch in the shower area, if you are not careful might trip on it and fall. Otherwise the room is well equipped for an international hotel chain. Plus points is that it’s new so things are fresh and clean. The location is not so ideal as it’s not near Tianjin rail station, and the location stated on Google Maps is incorrect. Even searching “166 beima Road” on Google shows a wrong point as well, it’s further down the road and hotels.com’s location is accurate.

清明小假期一家人去天津玩，选择这里最主要就是地段好，距离天津之眼开车只需几分钟。客房非常干净，两张双人床舒适宽大，还享受了免费加床。地暖特别舒服，洗手间的大镜子都可以加热！
