"Great staff and property!"

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"Staff are friendly and attentive"

"I liked the variety of the breakfast but the western food (sandwich) from room service is disappointing. The staff seem under trained. I don’t have menu in the room, so i asked front desk, he said I can call room service, I said I don’t have menu, he said they will tell you (I was shocked and assumed it is a short one), room service then transferred me to kitchen, kitchen then said I should check menu in room. I had to call front desk again and they finally sent me menu! And it took me 2 hours...

"It was a great staying experience at Crown Plaza Jinnan, friendly and helpful staff members and excellent and clean facilities, tasty breakfast with so many options. "

"Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed"

"新桃園位置相當好，要去天津各區都很方便，以位置來說價位合理，服務人員的服務也還可以，雖說旁邊就有地鐵施工工地，但隔音很好不吵。新桃園的缺點在於清潔程度不夠好，房間內的地毯不太乾淨，且好像有小蟲，睡到第三天起床後身上有幾個蟲咬的包。另外房間內的空調無法調整，只有中央空調，太熱只有把空調關掉。這兩個缺點若能改進，這個飯店可以讓人想再回去住。附註一點，8樓健身房的設備妥善率不佳，盼改善。"
