Very disappointing hotel
When we arrived we thought it was a great hotel. It seemed to have everything we needed. The location is great, very close to the habour. As the holiday went on we realized how poor a condition our apartment was in. The freezer had no door to it, so within a day the food had defrosted. The door of the bathroom didn't close or lock. Our electricity went off on Sunday, the guy from th bar came up and called someone. When they arrived they knew it was the boiler above the shower as if it happened quite often. The man that came to check it had no English but I could understand that he said you have no hot water, I'll be back tomorrow. We were left without hot water untill later the next day. We got no apology. We ordered drinks from the pool bar, tried to pay a few times, we eventually paid and when we were leaving the pool area the bar man accused us of not paying. When we were leaving the guy on reception was late and didn't say how was your stay or even goodbye. I won't be staying there again.
