"Its wonderful to have a housing option other than a hotel. Hotel prices are too high for a town the size of Starkville, even though it has a University here. The Blue Bird Cottage was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. Even though I wasn't there much because of work. It's private. Has any necessities you could possibly need; and then some. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"This property is located very close to campus and was the perfect rental for our family ! Hostess is awesome and responded very quickly with my questions. A/C controls both up and down were easy to understand and worked great. Quiet street with plenty of parking. Didn’t use the garage but it was a nice benefit. Loved this house!"

Booking online did not mention the no refundable pet fee of $75, would be helpful if this was mentioned. There was also a required $100 deposit for incidentals that was not mentioned as well. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them the problem, whoever answered the phone just laid it down. I could hear talking & the door chime.
