"I booked this hotel and was so surprised at the high level of customer service, quality and care and attention to detail in the rooms. For the price we paid it was exceptional value for money. we arrived quite later and we were on a conference the following day, so use of the leisure facilities was limited. we did have a peek though and we will will be back to use this hotel again for the conference next year. Situated in a good area and easy access to local shops, roads and motorways. Staff were so helpful and rooms were presented very well."

Wet room was okay but the floor unfortunately allows the water to flow over to the toilet side and not drain away which was a bit awkward. Good AC, comfy bed. Nice small restaurant with a very basic breakfast, would have liked some veggie options rather than just eggs and beans! Clean and smart. Friendly enough staff."

Tables were not available and there was no check in so you had to find your own way. The staff were very friendly and tried their best but they were somewhat overwhelmed. Also, there was a power outage on my second morning so no TV or power sockets were available but overall, it was a nice stay."
