"Wonderful place! Comfortable bed, very clean, convenient to so much outdoor fun: hiking trails, lighthouses, the ocean. The house is located in a neighborhood that is very quiet. Fires in the fire pit were our favorite way to end our days of hiking and exploring the Oregon coast."

"This place was an awesome stop along our west coast family road trip. Hesitant to book because of the low price, I was a little nervous about what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. This is not your typical motel. Flowers and shrubs surround the property. You won’t find plastic chairs outside the front doors with people smoking outside of this motel! We had a comfortable stay and are pleased to have taken a chance on a motel. You have renewed our faith in motels Super 8! The only thing that could be improved is the grab and go breakfast, otherwise I can’t complain."

"Beautiful big trees look down to the lovely lake. Good for the soul . A very quiet place-a true retreat.The house is clean and comfortable, cozy as the days get cooler. Well equipped.Joan is a gracious host!Special mention to the new dock and careful keeping of the kayaks and canoe—easy access to the rest of the lake. We love it!"
