"Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende mit 4 Personen dort. Die beiden Betreiber Arne und Ralf sind mit ganzen Herzen dabei. "Very disappointing that there was insufficient room for us to book breakfast in the morning even though we checked in at 1700 hrs. So we drove for 2 hours before finding a cafe to get a coffee and croissant!! It was a Sunday and all coffee shops in Kempten were closed!! Has put us off staying at B&B next time!!! "

"The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for making our time with you a memorable and special experience!!"

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
