Fully renovated in 2024, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and heating stove. Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony, north-east facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
