- 23m² apartment completely renovated by us in 2024 (we are from the building) with its south-facing balcony. The slopes are at the foot of the residence.
The apartment has:
- a kitchen equipped with its removable table and 4 bar chairs (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, all kitchen utensils to be autonomous,...)
- a sofa bed with a 160x200 bed and its mattress
- a mountain area with 1 bunk bed 80x190 with a maximum weight of 150kg/bed
- a bathroom with shower sink and its cabinet, suspended toilet and a towel dryer
- an entrance with shoe dryer and gloves
- plenty of storage, internet, TV with my channel and netflix, vacuum cleaner, swiffer mop, ....
- underfloor heating, plus latest generation radiator in each room
- possibility of a covered parking space (golf car park)
