The space
Casa Purnell is a self catering 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Las Gaviotas villa with an 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean. It is situated next to a walkway which leads the beach, oceanside association pool, jacuzzi and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located about 5 houses away. (See map for precise location).

The villa comes with a kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments. Appliances include a gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The second between has two twin beds. The bathrooms come with linens and towels.

The patio has a BBQ and fire table for your enjoyment. Other luxuries include a flat screen TV with local cable, DVD player, fireplace and of course, WIFI.

240 Volt 40 amp plug (NEMA 14-50) in dedicated parking spot to charge electric vehicle.

Las Gaviotas is the "crown jewel" of Baja California. It is a gated community resort with 24 security located about 45 minutes south of the U.S/Mexico border between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada about 5 minutes away from the Puerto Nuevo lobster village. If you are looking for a stress free relaxing environment, this is the place to be. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Note: This house has a strict limit of 4 people and no day guests are allowed. The guards are very strict about this policy and any extra people will not be allowed access the community. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED BY THE HOA
