This Beachfront Boutique Villa is perfect for beach lovers, set on a semi-private beach. Located in Playa Arcángel, a brand-new community (with some construction a few doors down), it offers easy access to both the free and toll roads, close to town yet far enough to escape city noise. It's a peaceful spot with breathtaking sunsets, ideal for both families and couples. The perfect place to experience the true essence of Baja living.

The Space:
Villa Cazadores is truly unique in every way! The home offers a spacious living and dining area with plenty of open space, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms is private and decorated with a distinctive style. The house is filled with vibrant colors and harmonious details, making it the perfect retreat for beach lovers.

Rates: The starting rate includes 6 guests. Additional guests incur a per-person, per-night fee, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed & private full bathroom
Bedroom 2: Two double beds
Bedroom 3: One queen bed
Rooftop terrace: Seating area, lounge chairs & charcoal BBQ grill

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our beautiful pool and spa as well as our beautiful semi private sand beach. We have a big grass area right out front that is great for playing games or letting the family run around.

There are two jacuzzis: one in-ground jacuzzi and one above-ground jacuzzi. Only above ground jacuzzi is working during the week and both on weekends.

**Access to the semi-private beach is available daily from 7am to 7pm**

The Neighborhood:
There is plenty of places to do in Rosarito Beach. We are in a very convenient part of town.
There is a semi private sandy beach, walking distance to taco shops, restaurants, 7 eleven, and famous Papas & beer night club. In a 10 min drive there is famous world known Puerto Nuevo Lobster town and in a 40 min drive Ensenada’s Wine country. Lots of fun for every day, if you need suggestions in places to go let me know to get you some suggestions.

Getting Around:
Playas de Rosarito does not allow ride-sharing platforms like Uber or Didi.
We recommend using your own vehicle, taking a taxi, or contacting your host to arrange a chauffeur service.

Other Things to Note:
•There is construction on site
•This is a self operated home, we do not provide room service.
•Home cleaning is available with a fee.
•For stays that are 3 day or longer, we can provide exchange towels.
•Keep noise level down, since there are neighbors.
