"Recepção inadequada, maus entendidos referentes a reserva não foram esclarecidos com cordialidade. Quarto limpo e organizado, mas televisão tinha sinal instável. Areas comuns demonstravam desmazelo com folhas jogadas, teias de aranha e itens danificados ou ausentes.
Em todas as 6 refeições houveram não conformidades, como prato principal chegar antes da entrada, erro no ponto da carne, itens frios, buffet sem identificação, pouca variedade no café da manhã.
