CASAGO was amazing to deal with. We had a sink problem that they couldn't resolve due to not being able to get a plumber in over the weekend however ever they sent wonderful Tiffany over right away to check it out and they offered to move us, we declined. Couple tips for fellow travelers. Print your check in information with wifi information don't just store on phone. No cell service on the front porch to get the key code from the documents that I stored. Keep in mind the 24 steps up to the house to get in can be challenging for anyone with a disability. The home owner needs to replace her decking asap. The view from house is the selling point and was amazing. Loved Oceanside a small non tourist location. Thank you again.

I never received my check in information and was unable to gain access to the house. My son and I were stranded. We could not get ahold of the host so I contacted VRBO customer service. The VRBO customer service was great: very helpful. I ended up having to find a different place to stay that night. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for this rental.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful time with our short one night stay. The sunset over the beach was fantastic and falling asleep to the ocean sound and waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean and rocks was amazing. Great place!

Rustic Cabin

We enjoyed the location so close to the beach! Unfortunately the fireplace is not working, yet the heating system kept the cabin cozy warm. The dinning room table is where we played many games and watched the waves. Thank you, we will joyed our stay!

An adorable coastal cottage with the right amount of room for our family of four. The view and short walk to the amazing beach and cute cafes was a bonus. The kitchen was workable for cooking in but the supplies/utensils were hit or miss. The exterior certainly shows some deferred maintenance but that did not detract from a lovely beach trip.

Amazing view, lovely bathroom

Lovely view and location! The bathroom is redone, and is very nice!Main complaint is that it wasn't the best sleeping situation: the rooms aren't super comfy, and the electric panel of the house next door makes really loud clicking all night.

It was a spur-of-the-moment decision to weekend at the beach. Willing to take what we could get, we got the perfect little house. Perched atop the hillside, the picture windows look west to the ocean and sunset. Wifi was spotty, but that might have been due to the storm that we were enjoying from our warm and cozy bungalow. The bathroom remodel is wonderful, with a heated stone floor and luxuriant shower. The well-equipped kitchen made eating in easy. Rosanna's at the end of the street always makes eating out a treat. Oceanside has been my go-to for a long time. This charming, cozy little gem just went to the top of my list for the next trip. The hosts were welcoming, responded quickly to messages, provided clear details about the home, and checked in during our stay. Five out of five from us.

Relaxing Stay in Oceanside

My husband and I ( and our small dog) enjoyed 2 nights at the bungalow in Oceanside. The bathroom was fantastic (shower and heated floor. We slept great. The bedroom was small but comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and we enjoyed the TV. The view was great and it was just a short walk to the beach. The steps up to the bungalow were a bit steep but we managed. We would definitely return.

Mom’s getaway

I went with a mom friend for a couple days just to take a break. My friend decided last min to bring her pup and it was so easy to communicate with the owner, super easy to get in and out. The stairs up are something so be ready to get your steps in, and it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Great view of the water. It was exactly what was needed.

Great stay

Great location to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Perfect get away from the heat of the summer and the fast paced day to day of daily living. The amenities were awesome and the communication with the company was fantastic. The only feedback that I would give is that the side yard has an apple tree and some of those fruit dropped and rotted attracting flies. This happens to be by the front door. Maybe some focus on landscaping this area will improve the overall first impression.

The keypad door lock DOES NOT work. There is also NO CELL service in the town, therefore had to go to local restuarant to get a land line to call vacasa to get an alternative way to get in. This is NOT acceptable. I see that at least one other person had this experience too. The keypad needs to be changed or fixed. The place is cute and nice view however very rickety deck and overall this place is questionably safe other than for those with excellent judgement and mobility. I would not recommend for those with mobility issues or children. Even though it was lower on the pricepoint for the area, not sure it was worth the money. It was fine for the working weekend with my business partner, however for vacation I would have been disappointed.

PROS: fantastic location, close to beaches, great view of the ocean, beds, pillows, & comfortable seating for 4 AMAZING. Heated floors in bathroom a plus. Love that enough towels were provided, including beach towels. The cost per night for the space & location, 5 stars. CONS: Our trip started w/stress & anxiety before we even left. After reviewing rules, i wanted to confirm that my reservation included my pets; I did add into my search. The host came back & stated it didnt show pets on their end, & if I wanted to bring them, it was going to be an additional $150. After a lot of back & forth & a LOT of research on my part, also submitting videos & screenshots, not every booking platform are charging the same. So double check your final charges before booking. In the description of this property it definitely needs to be added how much the dog fee is. ($150 is the most Ive ever come across). I was not made aware of the fireplace being out of commission, until after I booked. The mini-split wasnt working. Thankfully there was 1 space heater that worked good. Like many others have stated; there could be more provided in the kitchen. There is an over abundance of pots, pans, & lids, but there isnt any mixing bowls, or tupperware. No salt, pepper or cooking spray. For being a dog friendly place; dog bags weren't provided, and the wifi is very poor. Guests should know that that area is a deadzone. Plan ahead in town for directions to places you want to visit

Oceanside near Tillamook

The listing description was spot on including reviews from former renters. Real small inside but very cozy. Would sleep 4 people comfortably at most. Only one bathroom but it seems to have been remodeled recently and is quite nice including heated floor. There is nowhere in the bedrooms to put your suit case etc, so be ready for that. We knew that going in, so we weren’t disappointed. We put our bags on and beside the fireplace which is out of service anyway. View of the ocean and those iconic rocks is slightly obstructed, but not enough to complain about. COMPLAINT— we quit locking the front door whenever we left because the code to get in was glitchy EVERY time and we were standing in the cold rain trying the code and lock WAY too many times. We would get part way into the lengthy code and one of the digits would flash red which meant it wasn’t going to work. Three of us took turns at it with NO satisfaction. Whenever one of us finally got lucky and we got in, we never locked it on the outside again for 2 straight days. Try it with someone still inside to be sure— the deadbolt inside works as it should and there’s no keypad.

We enjoyed the views and furnishings here. The stairs and parking could be tricky if you have mobility issues or a large vehicle. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom, and did we mention the views? Thanks for a great stay!

The view was great from the dining room window. Updated bathroom with the rest of the house being a little dated, but otherwise fine. Only recommendations would be to make the door code shorter and put the wifi info somewhere in the house because there is no cell signal. Had to drive several miles down the road to check the property details for the wifi password. The internet is also pretty spotty once connected.
