"Check in staff was ok. The room smelled of urine and mildew. I would have left but we were beyond too tired to drive …I sanitized the place when we walked in. The door did not seal. Terrified bugs crawled in. Left by 5 am… did not sleep."

"The room was OK but the sink was broken. I told the manger he said he will look at the sink but he couldn't repair it until Monday. I asked him if he could give me a discount off the room. He Said Yes. But at check out he said he couldn't do anything with the price of the room"
