  • Unwind with relaxing views across from Lake Winnisquam and near all the Lakes Region has to offer for outdoor activities, concerts, events and more!

    The space
    Fully renovated and renting for the first time 2026 summer! Queen bedrm upstairs and full kitchen, living room and dining area plus private outdoor patio set. There is a fire pit for smores and your own charcoal bar-b-que with accessories if you prefer outdoor cooking. Come and relax and enjoy all that the Lakes Region has to offer!

    Smartlock allows for enhanced security and self check-in.

    Guest has access to their apt, the paved area right in front of the apt and behind the house. Firepit is either at the end of the parking area and/or in backyard.

    Other things to note
    Sorry, no direct access to lake at this time. No pets. Smoking only outside 10 ft from house. Booking guest much read and agree to the house rules before booking. All adults much complete 3-4 minute online pre-arrival form.
