"Our room experienced an issue on the first night, but the staff promptly arranged a room change the following day, which we appreciated. The property itself is pleasant and very quiet, offering a comfortable environment for rest. However, the hotel would benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly removing cobwebs and improving the upkeep of the pool area. Breakfast was somewhat limited, with only eggs and sausage as hot options, so we opted for the available cereals instead."

"Breakfast was fresh, although hash browns were a little mushy. Nice cheesy omelette cut into sensible portions. I liked the greek yogurt option, but better without corn syrup. "

"It was a nice surprise when the hotel notified us that we were going to be upgraded. The room was spacious and worked perfectly for our 4 nights stay. All rooms were pet friendly and they have a promotion where after paying 4 nights for the pet fees (I believe it was $20/night) their next night would be free). Again, a nice unexpected perk. The location is great for being located with walkabilty to restaurants, stores, groceries, banks. Worked perfectly for our sports group needs. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy beds so no complaints and worth the value. Also included a small kitchen for cooking purposes. All in all worked excellent for our needs."

"Current renovations are a bit sloppy. Cosmetic improvements only. Rooms could use some more renovations. Like shower only boxes as is done in Coast hotel Revelstoke. "

"Awesome, comfortable beds, and I usually have a hard time sleeping at a hotel. It was clean and I loved all the pink :) It would be great if they had some further information about the inn in their welcome book... Where to find the ice machine, info about the grab and go breakfast, that there is a microwave for use in the lobby and how to use the A/C. I had to ask how to turn on the fan because it was getting warm and there is a switch on a far wall that I hadn't seen. Just little things and the staff were friendly when I asked questions, I would just rather not have to ask. I would stay again, for sure :)"

"Gina was very friendly and helpful at breakfast. I don’t remember her grandsons name but he worked in the kitchen and quickly found something I could eat with my many dietary restrictions. 5 star service!"
