Welcome to this new 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. It is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift), measures 50 m², and is furnished for 2 people.

The bright, welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV is comfortably furnished and features a lovely dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more.

On the spacious southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy wonderful moments by the Baltic Sea.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m)—bed linens are included once—a large flat-screen TV, and an open wardrobe.
Through the hallway, you’ll reach the shower room, which includes a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.
Each window is equipped with exterior blinds.

From May 15 through August 13, 2026, a beach chair is available for you right on the beach through the property manager, Wiemer.
