“Haus am Wiesenweg 3, Apartment 4” is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea coast. With a living area of 45 m², this apartment can accommodate up to three people and is particularly suited for couples, small families, or solo travellers who value comfort, modern amenities, and a quiet location. Children are expressly welcome.

The apartment consists of two rooms, including a separate bedroom (box-spring bed: full-length topper: 180x200 cm) for restful nights. In total, the apartment offers three sleeping arrangements. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa and an open dining area with a dining table. The modern, open-concept kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. A dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all necessary dishes and cutlery are provided, so you can cook and enjoy your meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. A smoke detector, a vacuum cleaner, and a private washing machine provide additional comfort. The apartment is designated as a non-smoking unit.
