The Maison Baltique Apartment 1 offers you a comfortable home for your stay on the Baltic Sea coast in Niendorf, with approximately 50 m² of living space. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is only about 30 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Its central location ensures that both shopping options and the town centre are just about 50 metres away. This means you’ll be within easy reach of everything you need for daily life, as well as dining options and recreational activities in Niendorf.

Thanks to its amenities and sleek floor plan, the apartment is ideal for families and couples, as well as solo travellers seeking a relaxing getaway by the sea. In total, there are two well-designed rooms, including a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious living area that invites you to relax and unwind.

The amenities are designed with comfort and functionality in mind: The cosy living room features a TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, a CD player, and a hi-fi system, ensuring a variety of entertainment options even when the weather isn’t ideal for the beach. The living area also features a cosy sofa corner that sleeps two and a dining area with a table, perfect for shared meals or game nights. The private, covered balcony is furnished with patio furniture and is ideal for enjoying the fresh sea air.

The fully equipped kitchenette features a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker, as well as all the kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware you’ll need to prepare your own meals. You can just as easily prepare hot drinks and homemade meals here as you can make small snacks for trips to the beach.

The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, offering added convenience for longer stays or families with children. A vacuum cleaner helps keep the accommodation clean during your stay.

There is a wide variety of recreational activities in the surrounding area: The nearby beach is perfect for activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, jogging, walking, and long bike rides along the Baltic Sea coast. Golfers, sailors, surfers, anglers, and horseback riders will find just as many attractive options in the region as hiking enthusiasts. Thus, the surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities year-round.

Starting January 1, 2026, you’ll have the option to park your car for a fee in the public car park (not in the Edeka underground garage), which is very close by. For stays of 5 days or more, a weekly ticket must be purchased. Upon presentation of your parking ticket, we will refund the parking fee you paid.

The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² for 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the saltwater pool even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is just 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten Cliffs is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find a landscape that’s still almost untouched, even within the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
