Thanks to its excellent southwest-facing location, the apartment is very bright and inviting. On the wraparound balcony with an awning, you’ll have plenty of space to relax with a wonderful view of the greenery.

The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, 2 separate mattresses), an exterior roller shade, and an additional LED TV. The second bedroom has a bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a pleated blind, and is equipped with a wardrobe.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in all-glass shower, naturally includes a towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.

You can conveniently store your luggage in the storage room.
All rooms have radiant floor heating.

A bicycle storage room is available for your bicycles, and a separate parking space in the carport is available for your car.
