The residence with double bed, sofa bed, balcony and kitchenette can accommodate 2-3 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a fantastic view over the forest and the bay of Lübeck. The sun can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony all day long.

The double bed consists of two separate mattresses (160 x 200 with comfort height. The open kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a toilet and bidet.

You have the opportunity to make use of the Clubhotel's numerous offers. The spa and fitness area at the club hotel includes an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool (each 12 x 25 m).

The beach can be reached on foot through the forest or on the road in 5 minutes.

A TV with DVD Blueray player invites you to exciting movie nights. Two swimming pool maps are included in this apartment and can be used in the swimming pool, in the sauna and in the outdoor pool. A private parking space is available in the underground car park free of charge. The sports offer extends from golf, tennis, surfing, surfing, bowling, cycling and hiking and can be carried out directly on site.

Angenehmer Urlaub in Timmendorfer Strand

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht aber für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Das Bett ist bequem, man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Natur vom Balkon und das Bad ist sauber und angenehm. Es könnte etwas mehr Stauraum für Gepäck geben, die Kücheneinrichtung hat das nötigste (beschichtete Bratpfanne wäre schön). Leider gibt es weder einen Ofen noch einen Bäcker in der Nähe, womit das Frühstück täglich neu improvisiert werden muss. Generell ist die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen aber trotzdem noch fußläufig halbwegs gut verbunden.Der Hundestrand in Timmendorf ist sehr klein und ungemütlich, der im benachbarten Scharbeutz (18 min Fußweg) etwas besser. Der eigene Parkplatz im extrem überfüllten Badeort ist gold wert. Leider gibt es kein WLan und kaum Empfang in der Unterkunft.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für ein paar Tage absolut ok. Mit ein wenig Kreativität lässt sich ein schöner Aufenthalt kreieren.

Ein Zimmer Appartement für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gut. Lage direkt am Waldrand, für meine kleinen Hunde perfekt. Zum Hundestrand ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. PS. Vielleicht sollte man sich mal über eine Modernisierung Gedanken machen.

Nicht alles ist okay

Gut war die Lage, die Küche, welche direkt gegenüber vom Bett steht und die Ausstattung. Schlecht und ärgerlich: Der GEMEINSCHAFTSPOOL kostet 29€ für Erwachsene und 14.50 € für Kinder, pro Tag. Er gehört zum Hotel und nicht zum Apartment. Das Apartment ist ein Wohnschlafzimmer und hat somit KEIN Schlafzimmer. Auch die gesamte Kommunikation bestand aus vielen Fragen meinerseits. Das es kein WLAN gibt und alles sehr altmodisch ist finde ich nicht so schlimm, da es sauber war. Allerdings finde ich, dass man hier die Punkte in der Beschreibung mit aufnehmen muss. Man kann nicht einen Pool bewerben wenn dieser nicht inklusive ist. Insbesondere wenn es um zusätzliche Kosten geht.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit Anlaufschwierigkeiten

Der Schlüssel musste per kontaktlosen Check in einen Ort weiter abgeholt werden. Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch wäre eine Wegbeschreibung hilfreich, da man doch etwas suchen muss. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Plaza Hotel, welches leider doch einen kleinen Fussmarsch vom Strand entfernt ist. Mit Kleinkind natürlich schwierig. Super war der Stellplatz, auch wenn das Parkhaus sehr sehr eng ist. Nun hatten wir das Problem dass wir nicht wussten, in welche Etage wir mussten. Dies wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Mit Fragen an der Rezeption aber gefunden. Die Unterkunft ist ansich schön. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ordentlich. Jedoch sehr warm. Die Markisen konnten wir nicht bedienen. Weiterhin störte der Fernseher. Hier gab es keinerlei Anleitung und den DVD Player bzw. Bluerayplayer haben wir nicht in Gang bekommen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, hier fehlten einige Angaben in der Auflistung. Das Sofa ist ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in Ordnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Sehr ärgerlich empfand ich, dass wir kein Wlan hatten und wir nach 2 Tagen auf Nachfrage die Info erhielten, dass wir die Kurkarten selbst besorgen müssen, obwohl die Namen dazu abgefragt wurden. Hätte ich nicht gefragt, hätte ich keine Info erhalten... eine Info zu dem Müllraum wäre auch toll gewesen. Alles in allem eine nette Unterkunft, aber schrecklicher Weg mit Kleinkind zum Hotel bzw zum Strand und mehr Informationen wären schön gewesen. Auch ohne Nachfrage.

Schöner Aufenthalt in kleiner gemütlichen Wohnungen

Die Wohnung ist trotz des Alters noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Bauschutt/Müll am Eingang war bei Anreise etwas erschreckend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber ein Backofen fehlt schon (Aufbacken von Brötchen nicht möglich, Bäcker sehr weit weg). Es wäre schön, wenn man mehr allgemeine Informationen bekommen würde, z.B das man Schwimmbad im/am mit nutzen darf, das ein Fahrradverleih direkt vor ist usw.. Super ist, das ein Parkplatz mit dabei ist!! Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung mieten 😊

Toll! Aber könnte moderner sein

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen perfekt... Wenn man allerdings einen längeren Aufenthalt plant ist es zu klein. Das Bad optisch noch in den 70igern, also schon fast wieder zeitgemäß 😉 In einem Appartement dieser Größe würde ich mir statt 2 Vitrinen mit Schnick Schnack aus der Urzeit schon einen Tisch und 2 Stühle wünschen, um auch mal gemütlich frühstücken zu können. Die Küche allerdings wirkt sehr neu und ist auch wirklich schick, aber eine Mikrowelle, die zum heutigen Standard gehört, sucht man vergebens...ebenso WLAN. Auch das Sofa ist so ungemütlich, dass man alle 2 Minuten runterrutscht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, was man auf den ersten Blick nicht erwartet hätte, aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich eine Wucht... Sehr schön. Die Lage des Objekts ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu Fuß immer die Steigung ist schon anstrengend und für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht zu empfehlen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Garage auch ein klarer Pluspunkt. Alles in allem für ein verlängertes Wochenende aber durchaus zu empfehlen. Für mehr aber auch nicht.

Kurzurlaub am Timmendorfer Strand.

Das Apartment war sauber, angenehm groß und an der Ausstattung hat uns Nichts gefehlt. Die zusätzlich bestellte Bettwäsche war ebenfalls vorhanden und bezogen. Der Balkon mit der Aussicht war echt super. Die gesamte Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Inhaberin erfolgte stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Tiny home

Wirklich ein seeehr kleines Heim für eine volle Woche. Da muss man sich schon gut verstehen, aus dem Weg gehen is nich.... Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Könnte allerdings mal ne Renovierung gebrauchen.

Wenn man alle infozettel liest ist das check in sehr einfach.Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht , ist licztdurchflutet (im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage evtl etwas warm?)und hat eine super Aussicht über den Wald. Die Dusche hat mich begeistert, super Druck trotz 15. Stockwerk.Gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Apartment hat alles was einen schönen Urlaub abrundet. Das Bett war bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küchenzeile hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einfach Super. Das ganze Apartment ist schick eingerichtet wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Schöner Aufenthalt, verbesserungsbedürftige Schlüssel-Übergabe

Es ist absolut erforderlich die genaue Adresse der Schlüssel- Abholung anzugeben. Sonst verliert man die erste drei Stunden in Rätseln und Suchen. Dafür ist die Zeit zu schade. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung klein aber liebevoll angerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Man fühlt sich Wohl da. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist sensationell. Alles in allem, wenn man die Ungenauigkeiten bei der Schlüssel Übergabe überstanden hat, hat man einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Ruhiger wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt im 15. Stock und die Aussicht war umwerfend. Die Wohnung ist klein, sehr sauber und hat alles, was wir für 7 Tage brauchten. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt und das klappte wunderbar. Das Bad ist sauber und geräumig und ich fand es schön dass es eine Wanne gab. Nur an den Fahrschüler kam es zu Stosszeiten zu kleinen Staus, welche der Coronalage geschuldet sind, da nur 2 Personen im Aufzug fahren können. Und dafür kann niemand etwas. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Kleines Appartement

Alles gut sauber, allerdings wäre es ohne Teppiche gepflegter. Für eine Familie mit Kleinkind würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Es ist schon alles sehr eng und es gibt kein Platz wo man ein Kinderbett stellen könnte und es gibt keinen Esstisch wo man vernünftig dran sitzen kann zu essen. Angaben wie Meerblick, finde ich schon sehr weit weg geholt. Wenn man sich im 15.Stock traut über die Reling zu beugen, sieht man das Meer ein bisschen. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Ein schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht, auch die kleine Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht aus 15. Stockwerk genossen. Die Möglichkeit sie Sauna- und den Schwimmbereich (25 m und wenig los) zu nutzen war toll. Vielen Dank
