Alles an der Wohnung war top. Super sauber, komfortabel, gute Lage. Das Einzige was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat, war eine Mikrowelle. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut. Würden sofort wieder hinfahren

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns überwiegend gefallen: Lob verdienen vor allem die geräumige Dusche, das schöne Parkett und die hochwertigen Küchengeräte. Für die Fingerspuren an den Schränken und die ungewaschene Bettauflage gibt es Punktabzug betreffs der Sauberkeit. Außerdem sind die Matratzen bereits durchgelegen und das Sofa bereits durchgesessen, obwohl die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick modern und neuwertig wirkt.

Wir hatten bestimmte Erwartungen an unsere Unterkunft und diese wurden voll und ganz erfüllt.Eine top moderne,sehr saubere Unterkunft.Die Lage hervorragend,wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt.Ruhig gelegen und daher entspannt genächtigt Die Sauna hätte ein wenig größer sein müssen.Im liegen saunieren ging nur mit angewinkelten Beinen. Für 2 Personen im sitzen auch ein wenig eng.

Wir waren zu dritt (mein Mann, unser kleiner Sohn und ich) für eine Woche in der Unterkunft in Timmendorfer Strand und es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! Der Ort an sich lädt ein zum Baden (Obacht Strandmuscheln sind nicht erlaubt), Spazieren gehen, zum Ausflüge machen, shoppen und vieles mehr. Für Kinder ein Hit -besonders der große Abenteuer Spielplatz in der Ortsmitte. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen: wunderschön und modern-ansprechend gestaltet dient die FeWo mit integrierter Sauna als perfekter Ausgangsort für einen wunderbaren Urlaub an der Ostsee. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super und kann kaum übertroffen werden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir nicht nur die super ausgestattete Küche mit Willkommensgeschenk, sondern auch den Fahrstuhl (gerade mit Kind und Kegel). Als umweltbewusste Menschen wussten wir die sehr hohen Energiestandards des neu gebauten Hauses obendrein sehr zu schätzen. Vielen lieben Dank für die freundliche Kommunikation und den tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren einer der ersten Mieter und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser sehr modernen und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen mit netten Cafés, Restaurants sowie verschiedenen Geschäften und Fahrräder konnten wir auch direkt in der Gegend leihen. Da wir in der Wohnung auch mal gekocht haben, fehlten uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sicher noch ergänzt werden. Die sehr dicke Bettdecke ist im Sommer einfach zu warm und auf dem Balkon benötigt der ein oder andere bestimmt mal einen Sonnenschirm, aber das ist vielleicht auch von Person zu Person unterschiedlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen!
