Welcome to Villa Stern.

This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor, measures 69 m², and is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people.

The apartment features hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light.

The cozy living area includes a sofa set, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining area.
The open-concept kitchen includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven.

From the living area, you have access to the southeast-facing balcony, which features a garden table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and an additional TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm).
The bathrooms are equipped with glass shower enclosures and floor-to-ceiling showers. One bathroom also has a built-in hair dryer.

A washer-dryer is available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
A storage room in the basement is available for bicycles (unlockable).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Each apartment features underfloor heating, which is especially worth noting during the winter months!

Large windows create a bright, light-filled space! You can enjoy your morning cup of coffee either on the balcony or the terrace. Cozy patio furniture lets you relax comfortably outdoors!

You have the option to do your laundry here; a common laundry room is available for this purpose (coin-operated washer and dryer)!
This way, you can get ready for the next day’s long beach adventures right away. If you’re avid cyclists, there’s a place to store your bikes in the underground parking garage, where one parking space per apartment is also available for you.
Of course, you can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the floor where your apartment is located.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, and the beach is just 50 meters away! The town’s shopping, bars, and cafés are also within walking distance. Spend summer evenings on the beach with a glass of wine or a refreshing spritzer, then head home and enjoy the rest of the evening in your vacation home. Where else but here at Villa Stern?
