Welcome to this spacious, 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, which was completely repainted and redecorated with great care in January 2020. Located on the 2nd floor, it offers 60 m² of space for 2 adults and a baby (up to 1 year old).

The living room features a sofa set, a recliner, a TV, a CD player, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
Pleated blinds have been installed on all the windows along the corner window wall,
to keep heat out of the living area.
The window and door leading to the balcony are equipped with an electric exterior roller shade.
The adjoining southwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing.

The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a French press coffee maker. A dining area rounds out this space.

The large, separate bedroom features a double bed with twin mattresses and an integrated topper, as well as a mirrored wardrobe where you can also set up a travel cot. Exterior roller shutters ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
From the hallway, you can access the naturally lit bathroom with a shower and a pull-out cosmetic mirror.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as a bicycle storage room, are available on the premises.
Two bicycles are available for your use (no refunds in case of damage; use at your own risk).

The occupancy rates are based on 1–2 people. A fee of €5.00 per night applies for a third person.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Free Wi-Fi is available (no entitlement to replacement or refund in case of service disruption).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.



This residential complex is located about a 20-minute walk from the city centre and the beach. It features 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from the mezzanine to the 2nd floor, which, depending on the apartment, have outdoor parking spaces or duplex underground parking spaces (not suitable for estate cars and vans). Building 21a features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request for an additional fee.

The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town centre are about 1.5 kilometres away. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and enjoy a meal in the cosy cafés and long-established restaurants.

You can explore the designated biking and hiking trails to see if Ostholstein really consists only of wide, flat countryside. Let yourself be surprised by the cliffs, the dike, or even Holstein Switzerland.
