Would stay again

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Timmins. We love the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and that the ground floor has patio doors. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a medical appt at the hospital. Great rates.

Good place to stay

We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and really enjoy the staff, location & ease of service. We did advise Staff that we found a dirty towel hanging in the back of our bathroom door which gives the impression the room was quickly cleaned. Otherwise everything else was good. Will stay here again.

Room was exceptionally clean, property was quiet, and the front-desk girl was friendly and quick. My son said the room smelt good. I appreciated the 11 o’clock check-out and I think every hotel should have that check-out time. Only con was the mattress was not very comfortable and I left with a sore back, but I can expect that when staying in a hotel.

The water pressure was amazing. The staff polite and helpful. The door that leads to the front lobby stairs makes a noise everytime someone goes in or out, which means that it kept waking up the light sleepers in the room, as we were very close to said door. One of the beds was hard compared to the other one.

Staff was friendly room was clean but a little rough chair in room had holes in the arm rest the only thing that I would really complain about is the floor of the shower was very slippery and the drain plug is sharp and sharp I hit my foot on it and got a small cut would suggest changing the style of plug and maybe put a grip mat in the shower

Property and staff great, area hotel is is concerning, as it can be very dark, secluded. I probably wouldn’t go out after dark for that reason. Thru no fault of the comfort inn, of course. Just Sharing. Maybe brighter lights outside or helping guests navigate , how to get where?. Buses/ shuttles/ taxi numbers.. etc. thanks for another great stay, i always stay with you! !
