With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete.
Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably contributed to this problem not getting taken care of. I can only assume others had a similar experience.
