"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room.
The location feels pretty isolated too. You can walk to the beach, but there’s nowhere nearby for a quick coffee or dinner. It’s a shame because the place looks so well-kept — the staff just seemed unenthusiastic and low-energy, like they couldn’t be bothered since it wasn’t busy. I wish they’d matched the quality of the property."
