    Located in a quiet area on the edge of town, directly opposite the Hochfirst forest, the house by the Gutach is just a few minutes' walk from the lively centre of Titisee, the lake, shops, and restaurants. The house offers cosy apartments with everything you need for a relaxing stay: each has a living room and bedroom. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included. Kitchens or kitchenettes feature a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, and microwave. Every apartment has a balcony and an underground parking space. Coin-operated washer and dryer are available.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Kleiderschrank war ausreichend Platz auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sind der Ortskern mit Seepromenade, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Bahnhof zu Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt für jede Wohnung einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe. Cons: Die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, zumindest auf der linken Bettseite. Der äußere Rand der Matratze war tiefer als der innere so dass man , wenn man sich auf die Seite drehte, sozusagen hoch bzw. runter rollte. Die Duschkabine war sehr eng. Für korpulente oder kräftig gebaute Personen sehr unbequem. Die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage waren auch sehr eng. Dort können zwei größere Wagen nicht nebeneinander parken, sonst kommt man nicht mehr aus dem Wagen raus oder rein. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, deshalb für ältere und/ oder gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet, wenn man eine Wohnung im 1. oder 2. Stock hat.
