"I loved staying here. The room was clean, had the biggest shower, the bedroom separate from the living area, a coffee maker with plenty of coffee, a mini-fridge, two TV's, a sofa, and a patio out front with chairs. And oh yes, a comfy bed I slept like a baby in.
There were several restaurant choices, and an ice cream shop in the hottest place on earth is a really nice touch. There's a general store for all your needs and a saloon with a catchy name. The grounds are perfectly manicured and clean. A small borax museum is on the property that shows the history of mining in Death Valley, as well as many artifacts behind the museum.
The location of The Ranch is ideal for exploring Death Valley. The DV visitor center is a short distance away.
If you want to visit DV, The Ranch is a solid choice you'll be happy with. "
