Waterfront Farm Cottage close to Newport, Boston,
- Enjoy the serenity of being on a small waterfront farm in the beautiful area known as the Farm Coast. Situated on Narragansett Bay and surrounded by conservation land, farms and protected marshland, this cottage has been upgraded and lovingly cared for. Access to the tidal pond and bay via kayaks and canoe right from the property. Paddle in the tidal pond or venture to Seapowet Marsh for an amazing venture amongst endless wildlife and nature. Enjoy the view of the on-property vineyard and or pick some raspberries from the patch. Cottage includes an outdoor shower, patio with teak furniture,, grill, fire pit, etc. Take a bike ride or walk to Four Corners and enjoy dining, Groundswell coffee shop, Gray's Ice Cream and a variety of quaint shops. All features of this cottage are done in exquisite taste with the highest quality furnishings and accessories.
