Welcome to Holiday House

Newly restored, cozy, strikingly designed South Tiverton cottage with peekaboo water views. Wood stove, clawfoot soaking tub, and central air are among the homes many amenities. We can't wait to welcome you to Holiday House.


Important to know:

For those with mobility issues, please note that the bathroom is located on the homes main level with bedrooms upstairs. Tub/shower is a clawfoot tub. Property access is currently from the road to the back door, which is down a slight slope.

Please note that the home does not have a television. It does, however, feature a projector with Firestick for streaming.

Current parking is free on street parking.

The place was beautiful and very well put together. It was comfortable and clean as well.

We had a great time both nights we stayed and loved the neighborhood. It was located near a bunch of cool places and great places to eat. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Cottage for long weekend

My wife and I stayed at the cottage for the weekend. We really enjoyed the stay and the amenities were quite nice. we definitely would recommend it to our friends when visiting Rhode Island

a little dream house

Being from Rhode Island but living away the past 8 years, this property is what I dream about moving back and creating for myself. A house with a harmony of modern updates, original charm (exposed wood beams) and filled with a colorful warmth. Artisan touches and luxury amenities (heated towel rack + floor in bathroom) make the space feel well considered and filled with thought. It's a perfect size for 1-2 people; a rarity in a town filled with 3 family size beach houses. Close to the water and so many wonderful parks and outdoor excursions. There is no TV (thank goodness), but the house provides reading books, a yoga mat, full array of cooking supplies, and connection to a music speaker. I could go on, but I'll stop here and let you all discover the rest of the magic for yourselves. Suffice to say, I will be back (: Thank you for creating a beautiful space, Rita.
