The service was amazing!!! Very friendly specially Susana de receptionist at the lobby. People at the restaurant very friendly and polite. The view of the city was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Hotel de La Loma was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the plaza. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was stellar. The views of the city were breath taking. The room was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay there the next time that I am in Tlaxcala!

Overall, a good one-night stay. The receptionist was very capable and friendly, the room larger than expected and the hotel is an easy, short walk to Tlaxcala's centro. Two things would improve the stay: a couple of glasses in the bathroom and a better mattress. One side of the mattress was pretty beat up. But we would stay there again.

‘Modest hotel with great view from most rooms. ‘No heating in winter, hot water if you wait ling enough, matress in room I had needs replacement. ‘No counter nor electrical plug in bathroom. ‘Great in-room wifi, though.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, left after first night. Room was very hot, no ac or fans. Wifi was terrible in my room. Bed was very noisy, it squeaked everytime I moved or the headboard would hit the wall

Pésimo ya que : Soltamos otro día a de estancia y la encargada de manera déspota menciona no cuento con habitaciones disponibles,cuando en línea si había,por otra parte en el baño se estancaba el agua cuando salía la regadera,el tanque de la taza de baño no bajaba el agua se estancaba,los huéspedes no dejaban dormir puesto que la construcción tenía tablaroca ,en la madrugada se escuchaba que estaba suene y suene el teléfono y no contestaban ,hacían caso omiso.

Lamentable estancia. Nunca tuvimos agua caliente por ende fue imposible ducharnos. En repetidas ocasiones se lo hicimos saber al personal pero no hubo solución. Llegamos al hotel ya noche y estaba todo cerrado, no había un portero o personal al pendiente, tuve que golpear la puerta muy fuerte para que salieran a abrirnos. Muy mal! Este tipo de hoteles no deberían estar en expedia.

Nuestra experiencia fue regular. La atención en recepción no fue la mejor: nos atendió una chica que estaba en entrenamiento, lo cual entendemos, pero con mala actitud de servicio. Finalmente, otra persona con más experiencia intervino. Solicitamos una plancha pero solo cuentan con un par para todos los huéspedes. Como no habían sido devueltas, no pudieron facilitarnos una al momento. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en una esquina, era muy fría, con poca iluminación y aunque tenía una vista agradable al jardín, las ventanas daban directamente a los baños de esa área, por lo que el ruido fue constante y molesto. Además, las paredes y puertas son delgadas, por lo que se escucha prácticamente todo lo que ocurre en los pasillos y cuartos contiguos. Al momento de retirarnos, notamos que le habían pegado a nuestro coche. El espacio es relativamente pequeño y al ser compartido entre huéspedes y visitantes del restaurante, que mueven constantemente los vehículos, se generan riesgos como este. En el restaurante, la comida es buena, aunque si hay convenciones o congresos tiende a llenarse y dan prioridad a esos grupos, lo cual limita un poco la atención al resto de los huéspedes. Un punto positivo es su ubicación, a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita desplazarse a distintos puntos turísticos. En, es un hotel con potencial, pero hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda y confiable.
