J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel familial ! L’ambiance est vraiment agréable, le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant, gentil et prêt à aider. Ils n’hésitent pas à vous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter ou les bons coins du coin, ça fait vraiment la différence. Ma chambre était une suite spacieuse, très propre, avec un petit séjour et un balcon super sympa. La climatisation est installé mais pas forcément nécessaire, le tout est carrelé et les fenêtres disposent d’un filtre anti UV et chaleur ! L’hôtel est super bien situé, en plein sur les commerces, tout est à portée de main. Je voyageais seule (en tant que fille), et je me suis sentie totalement en sécurité. C’est un endroit où on se sent bien, détendue, un peu comme à la maison. Certainement du au fait qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel détenu et géré par une même famille 😌 Je recommande à 100 % ! 😊

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec plusieurs magasins et restaurants à proximité mais ce que j’ai apprécié le plus c’était l’hospitalité du personnel durant mon séjour, toujours un mot gentil et chaleureux, c’est ici que je logerais quand je reviendrais à tlemcen, un grand merci pour m’avoir accueilli comme un invité et non un client. Ça fait chaud au cœur.

Hotel familiar con habitaciones espaciosas y una relación calidad/precio estupenda. La familia es muy amable y cariñosa. Realmente merece la pena ir a este hotel regentado por una familia en vez de las grandes formas hoteleras de la zona
