"The refrigerator did not cool and they came to replace it and the new one did not coole ither. The air con did not cool either, we were there 3 days and it went from 21 C to 19 C We had it set at 16 C When we called the front desk there was a language barrier that was frustrating ,not that they did ..."

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"
