Unwind in your private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pits, and enjoy a Poconos getaway with space to relax together. Villa Juana accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, plus three full bathrooms and a separate spa room.



Located in Pocono Farms Country Club in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, this vacation home offers a comfortable base for exploring the Pocono Mountains, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Camelback Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, hiking trails, and local wineries.



Living Spaces & Kitchen



Enjoy two separate living areas, giving your group room to gather or spread out.



• The first-floor living room features a plush sectional sofa and a wood pellet stove.

• The upstairs family room offers cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and views of the surrounding trees.

• Share meals in the dining area, with convenient access to the wraparound decks.



Four Bedrooms & Three Full Bathrooms



First floor:

• Bedroom 1: One king bed.

• Bedroom 2: One king bed.

• One full bathroom.



Second floor:

• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds in a shared bedroom.

• Primary bedroom: One king bed, a private fireplace, and a Juliette balcony.

• Two full bathrooms.



The primary suite also features a separate spa room with a soaking tub, providing another place to unwind. This room is additional to the home’s three full bathrooms.

Community amenities are separate from Villa Juana’s private hot tub, decks, and game room.



The community offers a lake and beach, an Olympic-size outdoor pool, golf, sports courts, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse restaurant and pub. Availability varies by season, operating schedule, and community rules. The outdoor pool and swimming beach are seasonal summer amenities.
