"We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe. The property is clean but could use some updating. The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the situation. Our room 149 had great view of the grounds, beach, and bay."

"At Restorative, it was really lovely. I must say, the place was very clean and was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The location was also very convenient. It’s situated in a residential community, so it was quiet and there wasn’t any unnecessary noise, but it was still very close to downtown, food areas, and beaches. Some places were even within walking distance, while others were just about 5-10 minutes away. Also very close to the airport, like 5mins drive. The attendants who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and always checked in to make sure you were okay. The place and the surrounding area were very clean and well kept. The only thing I think they could work on is their response time on Expedia. I found that their responses were a bit delayed at times. Other than that, it was an excellent, excellent stay, and I really enjoyed my experience overall."

"Overall, we had a good experience at the Magdalena Grand. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service we received from the team was appreciated, especially when dealing with an unexpected issue. On our first night, there was a plumbing problem and we were unable to use the water for showering. The issue was resolved later that night, and the staff made an effort to provide alternative arrangements so we could manage while it was being fixed. Their willingness to assist helped make the situation less frustrating. The breakfast was decent and similar to what you would expect at many hotels. The selection was somewhat limited and it was not particularly spectacular, but it was also not disappointing. Overall, the Magdalena Grand provided a pleasant stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good customer service contributed to an enjoyable experience"
