"Great communication from the host. Did not have to rearrange anything to make the home pet friendly. Great location right on the lake and able to park our boat right at the property. Friendly neighbors as well."

"The room was ok, place is very old, not well maintained. Pool is shut down, has a Crack in it? Say that on your website that it is shut down, we wanted a pool. Then someone lied and said the pool in the other hotel in town was shut down, it was not, but the place was full or we would have went there. The continental breakfast is nothing hardly, and after seeing the fingernails of the desk clerk I was eating nothing at all. TV was not set up, had to come to my room to get it going, that was just by luck, no knowledge is what he was doing. First room I was given the bed was hard as a rock and towel rack was broken, asked for a different room. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"Highly recommend staying here! Such a cute property! A lot went into decorating and it shows. It had everything we needed and the use of space was quite impressive! My friend and I stayed here to escape the city and it was perfect! Nice and quiet! Beds are super comfy and the property was very clean. Being able to bring our dogs was amazing cause they deserve a vacation too! perfect fenced in large yard too! We will be staying here again for sure!"

"We had some challenges. Our first day we had no hot water at all. The whole stay, the toilet would not flush. The overuse of room freshener caused me discomfort. Overall I would not stay here again."

"Bob and Karen had everything you could need for your stay. They had pans, paper towels to washrags and extra blankets. This place felt so warm to us; basically a home away from home. The little trail they have was pretty sweet on their property. It was nice to have serenity and being away from city life. There’s plenty to do for a weekend stay in the small town but even if you don’t want to leave the playhouse, no worries… there’s games, a fire pit (both gas and regular pit), tv and much more. We were lucky enough to meet the owners and they were just the friendliest people you could meet. If you are thinking about staying here but keep scrolling or coming back to this cute little vrbo, stop right now!! Just book it. It’s worth it! My best friend and I went for a girls chill weekend and will definitely do it again!! "

"Wonderful property exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10 adults and the space was perfect. Plenty of space, 5 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and great common areas outside, and on both the main floor and in the basement. The owner was super responsive when we had a question and we loved meeting Simba, the neighbor’s kitty, who stopped by frequently to check in and say hello. Would highly recommend for a weekend (or longer) getaway. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!"

"This cabin is great! We loved our weekend tucked away in the snowy woods. It was the perfect cozy log cabin getaway. Our family of six had plenty of space and everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The cabin is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos can show. Highly recommend!"
