Your personal training program is put together individually and modularly – scientifically backed and naturally effective:

e.g. with Neurofeedback Training (NeurOptimal®), Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing after Dr. Qing Li), GymFit, KAW-Introvision (developed at the University of Hamburg), or offline time just for you.

If desired, we support you with personal mentoring sessions. You train in your own rhythm – with us at your side.
