  • A Getaway for Two: Enjoy peace and quiet and the fresh North Sea air in the beautiful port town of Tönning! In this holiday rental, you and your dog can feel right at home and enjoy the location right on the dike—perfect for relaxing!

    The Location
    Enjoy the fresh North Sea air in this newly renovated, cosy apartment in Groß Olversum, a suburb of Tönning—an ideal starting point for bike rides and walks along the beach promenade. The 63-square-meter duplex apartment is located right on the dike in the “Kleine Bö” holiday home, surrounded by a beautiful property with a large garden and an exclusive terrace overlooking the dike and the sheep grazing there at sunset.
    In the centre of Tönning, you’ll find great restaurants, shopping, and a small castle park (1.5 km). Sankt Peter-Ording, with its expansive sandy beaches, is a 20-minute drive away, and Husum—the city of Theodor Storm—is also just 20 km away. The popular heated Tönning outdoor pool (May through September) is a 15-minute walk away, as is the public beach.

    Amenities
    The decor of the duplex apartment combines modern amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, and African artwork in a unique atmosphere.
    Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a wardrobe and a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200), from which you can look directly out onto the dike. The bathroom is on the same floor and is equipped with a modern shower, toilet, sink, and a lighted mirror. A staircase leads you to the open-concept living area. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Tchibo coffee maker.
    The living room features a cosy seating area with a Biedermeier sofa and armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. Board games are available for fun and entertainment, as is a selection of books for moments of relaxation. You can access Netflix and Amazon Prime through the TV. Free Wi-Fi with 4G for remote work or streaming your favourite films is included in the price, as is free on-site parking.

    Special Features
    In our non-smoking holiday apartment, we’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. A designated parking space is available in front of the apartment. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy an unparalleled view of the dike and can make use of the small seating area.

    An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem großzügigen Grundstücksumfeld. Man ist unabhängig durch einen eigenen Eingang und eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Die Gestaltung ist sehr gelungen und und praktisch. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung modern und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Hallo Team von Ferien an der Nordsee, die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hätten uns allerdings ansprechendere Outdoormöbel gewünscht die leider ziemlich abgenutzt sind. Die Ikea Schlafzimmerlampen bedürfen auch einer Revision. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in der gut geschnitten und ausgestatten Wohnung.
