The lower level has 2 king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. After a day at the beach, warm up in the barrel cedar sauna and then rinse off in the outdoor shower. ***On-Site Caretaker Suite – Tofino Bylaw: Please note that, in accordance with Tofino Bylaws for licensed holiday rentals, a long-term tenant resides on the property in a separate caretaker suite. This requirement helps support the local community by ensuring that long-term housing remains available for people who live and work in Tofino. Guests have full and private access to the entire holiday rental they have booked. The only shared area is the driveway/parking area. The caretaker has their own separate living space, so guests can still enjoy the privacy and comfort of the holiday rental throughout their stay.



Host Rules:

Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.

Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

• Cancellations within the 30 days: Non-refundable.



Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.

Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorised events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
