"The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and felt luxurious. We used the public bathing areas every night - they were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional and made us feel welcome at all times. We had breakfast on one morning which was fantastic - there was a wide selection and everything was top quality. I can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay again on a return trip to Aomori."

"朝食ビュッフェは美味しかった。海鮮もあった。地元の焼物食器で食べたり飲んだり出来た。朝7時は混雑していた。食事の補給や、食べ方など女性店員さんが教えてくれてとても親切で良かった。チェックインはスムーズに出来た。ホテルのパーキングはToyotaシエンタは背が高すぎて入らないからと言われて道の向こう側の外のパーキングへ誘導された。同じ費用。部屋は必要なものは全部あった。エレベーター少し大きめ。3つベッドの部屋に泊まって大人三人良かった。ウォッシュレットは温度が少し熱い。"

"A wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the afternoon in the lounge area. Wonderful views of the city from the room. Very convenient to get around Osaka with transport options within easy walk. Shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. "
