Front desk staff was wonderful. Both restaurants were high end without being cold and stuffy. Rooms were cleaned beautifully. Amenities bar was a little weak. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy walk to many stations.

The onsen and pool definitely cost an extra $20 or so per person per day. I saw this in a couple of reviews and thought perhaps it only applies to them but I was mistaken
The breakfast on the 33rd floor was really nice and the staff delightful
I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. It was at first difficult to locate the lobby but we found it was inside a mall on the 2nd floor. Our check in and check out was seamless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had a lot of different options."
