"La location est très bien placée par rapport à Budapest et Szentendre. Idéale pour les randonnées. Par contre la communication avec le propriétaire est très compliquée du fait qu'il ne réside pas en Hongrie. Aucun acceuil physique,tout se fait par téléphone. " I really enjoy the feel I received from my two separate stays at this property, of course I was on vacation each time and this place just added to a great time. I don't like to stay in the big city and this place is great, its off the beaten path but easy to get to and from starting and ending each day. "Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. "

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
